Health Services and CAPS
Please login to the Patient Portal using your RISD Username (i.e. jdoe) and Password
Online services:
- Complete all required health forms
- Upload proof of vaccinations and other required documentation
- Enter vaccination dates and health insurance information
- Send and receive secure messages with a RISD Healthcare Provider
- View your visit summaries and lab results
Appointments:
- To schedule an appointment or speak with a nurse, please call health services at 401-454-6625 or book an appointment online by logging into the patient portal
- To schedule an appointment or speak with someone within CAPS, please call 401-454-6637
- Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30AM - 4:30PM
