Online services:
- Complete all required health forms
- Upload proof of vaccinations and other required documentation
- Enter vaccination dates and health insurance information
- Send and receive secure messages with a RISD Healthcare Provider
- View your visit summary and lab results
Appointments:
- To schedule a medical appointment or speak with a nurse, please call health services at 401-454-6625
- Book an appointment online by logging into the patient portal - Online booking is paused at this time, please call us to book an appointment
- Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30AM - 4:30PM - Health Services closes at 3pm during the month of June
